As many of you know we sustained much damage from a series of storms this year that caused us to hold a impromptu fund raiser. Many times in the past I have seen communities rise to the occassion of helping someone in an immediate, crucial need. Or rise to the occassion of helping in times a great disasters, such as, Haiti. What is unusual and a mark of a vibrant community is when the people rise to the occassion of giving to deal with uninspiring budget buster events. In uncertain economic times St. Margaret’s giving for these needs has been a revelation of joy. Many thanks to all who rose to the occassion!
